Our organization, the Texas 108's primary focus is to help develop young boys both physically and mentally in the game of baseball.  Sports, especially the game of baseball is one of the biggest resources we have to help teach our youth many critical life skills.  By developing not only the game of baseball but also character, discipline, and teamwork will lead to promoting good sportsmanship, competitiveness all while having fun in a safe environment.  We believe that by coaching this way we will not only aid in the development of each child in the sport we love, but also in their personal life where they will gain necessary skills and character attributes to succeed in the future, both on and off the field.  We want to create an environment where coaches, parents, fans, umpires and the athletes themselves work together to accomplish this mission.
